Yes, Unite is being held live in-person at the Gaillard Center in Charleston, SC April 27th – 29th 2026.
This year’s event will be held in person only. Sessions will not be streamed or available virtually. However, we’ll be using our event app, Accelevents, to enhance the onsite experience — including access to the agenda, session surveys, networking channels, sponsor information, and more.
We recommend arriving in Charleston on Sunday, April 26th & departing April 30th. Training Day takes place Monday April 27th. The main conference takes place Tuesday – Wednesday April 28th – 29th. We will wrap up the evening of Tuesday, April 29, so departing on Wednesday, April 30 will ensure you don’t miss any closing sessions or networking events.
Your Unite ticket includes full access to all general sessions, breakouts, and networking activities on April 28–29, plus meals and refreshments during conference hours. Training Day and select add-on experiences may require an additional purchase.
Yes! Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are provided during conference days. We’ll also host networking receptions and social events — check the event agenda for details.

Absolutely! You can purchase tickets on behalf of your team. Once registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email that allows you and your guests to update or manage your reservations as needed.
Yes! Groups of 10 or more can take advantage of a special rate of $220 per person (regularly $549 — that’s a 60% discount!).
No, you must purchase a General Admission ticket to Unite in order to purchase & access the Training Day.
Session recordings will only be available 30 days post-Unite. Select session decks or recap materials may be shared post-event via Accelevents or email.

Yes. The Gaillard Center offers on-site parking as well as nearby public lots. Visit our Venue & Travel page for details, rates, and alternative transportation options.
We recommend flying into Charleston International Airport (CHS) — it’s approximately 20 minutes from the Gaillard Center and most partner hotels.
Conference attire is business casual. We recommend layers — venue temperatures can vary — and comfortable shoes for walking between sessions and networking events.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds for Unite tickets. This applies to all ticket types & add-ons.
You may substitute/transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event you are registered for by using your registration email and confirmation # to modify your registration. You and the respective party are responsible for exchange of funds. This applies to all ticket types & add-ons.
**All ticket transfer requests must be completed by 11:59pm EST on Friday April 24th. Any ticket transfers after April 24th will not reflect correct attendee information and may result in the inability to access the event.
If events beyond the reasonable control of Inside Real Estate prevents at least 40% of the attendees from arriving for the event, so that it is impracticable, illegal, or impossible to hold the conference, Inside Real Estate may cancel the event and offer attendees a credit for a future Inside Real Estate conference in the amount of the paid registration fee.
